All templates are set up for immediate download. Once you complete your order you will be redirected to a page to download your templates. You will also receive an email with the links to download. All downloads are available for 3 days. Instructions are not included in the download; however you can find a link to them on the left navigation bar under Info.
All of the templates come standard with the welcome banner shown. You do have the option to add your name to any template for only $2.00. If you do chose to have the template customized, there is a 24 to 48 hour turn around time for the customized template.
